Stencil:
Small star
Tools:
Wire cutters, Scotch brand Magic Tape, rubbing alcohol, cotton ball
Brushes:
#12 flat ~ Black

PREP
1. Clean candle with rubbing alcohol and cotton
ball; let dry.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Apply tape around the candle above and below where the Blueberry stripe
will be painted. Make sure the tape is totally flat.
2. Apply a coat of Candle Medium; let dry. Apply a second coat; let dry.
3. Paint stripe Blueberry; let dry.
4. Carefully remove tape (the candle medium and paint may stick to the
tape).
5. Stencil stars using White paint and small stipple brush.
6. Apply 2 coats of Candle Medium where the white and red stripes will be
painted. Let dry.
7. Paint stripes alternating with Opaque Red and then with White. Let dry.
8. Brush on Satin Varnish over painted areas. Let dry and repeat.
9. Cut a long length of wire and wrap and twist it around the candle until
it resembles a bow.
10. Thread on beads as desired.
Paint a bunch to decorate for a summer barbeque
